District-owned property.
The Beach Fire Station is on the only Village District-owned
property.
Note: The Hampton Beach Playground is on state of NH property.

Investment Policy: Invest in conservative instruments.
Current Investment: NH Trustees of Trust Funds Coalition Capital Reserve Fund model portfolio.
Income Distributions: Per Hampton Beach Village District vote.
Principal Distributions: Per Hampton Beach Village District vote.
